Online Group Therapy
Many of my clients feel like they are the only ones facing their specific challenges. While it may be reassuring to hear that others have similar experiences, there’s no substitute for witnessing this firsthand. We weren’t meant to do life alone.
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to heal through connection with others. It provides a space for recieving validation, empathy, support, and accountability from other people who get it.
Group therapy may be a good fit for you if:
You feel like individual therapy alone isn’t providing adequate support at this time
You feel isolated in your experiences and wonder if you’re the only one feeling this way
You are seeking a supported space for tough, meaningful conversations about mental health, wellbeing, relationships, and identity
You want to expand your support system or start building one
You’re tired of going at it alone
Eating disorder support group
Many individuals with eating disorders feel lonely and isolated; they may not talk about their experiences due to fear of judgment, being misunderstood, or feeling evaluated or monitored.
Join a space where you can be known and seen for who you are and what you’re going through. We will discuss and process a wide-spectrum of topics related to eating, food, body image, exercise, and the ways in which our relationships with these things impact other areas of our lives.
No formal eating disorder diagnosis necessary; if food and body stuff feels hard, you’re welcome here.

Modern loneliness support group
For many, loneliness is a significant aspect of modern life. Millennials and older Gen-Zers, in particular, are uniquely positioned to experience isolation, loneliness, and a desire for deeper and more meaningful relationships.
Making and maintaining friends, once easy and automatic, now seems to require a level of time and flexibility that can feel out of reach. You may find yourself overthinking social interactions, craving intimacy that seems unavailable, and worrying about your social network’s future.
You’re not alone. Put down your shame and step into a space where others understand. We will focus on discussing, exploring and connecting through shared experiences, discovering creative ways of coping, and find meaning in our collective struggle.
